In an industry saturated with legacy names and Scandinavian minimalism, a new vodka brand is breaking ranks not with a gimmick, but with a feeling.
It’s called Saturday® Vodka, and it’s quietly poised to hit select shelves this fall.
The name, trademarked and deliberate, does what few alcohol brands dare: it conjures something visceral. A mood. A rhythm. A collective exhale. Saturday isn’t just a day on the calendar it’s the one we wait for, crave, and remember.
This emotional resonance is baked into the ethos of the brand. Founded by a small but obsessive team based in Miami Beach, Saturday Spirits Company has spent the last year crafting a vodka that reflects a modern drinker’s palette: premium, filtered clean, and forward enough to hold its own on the rocks. It’s distilled from 100% corn, filtered through a proprietary system the brand refers to as F1X Filtration™, and finished with Florida spring water—a nod to regional pride and clarity.
While most vodka brands lean into neutrality, Saturday doesn’t shy from personality. The bottle design is stark and sculptural, somewhere between a streetwear collectible and Japanese whisky minimalism. The label reads like a manifesto: Equal to the Best. Never Wait for the Weekend.
“It’s a cultural product more than a commodity,” says one source close to the company. “Saturday is a spirit that knows its consumer.”

That consumer is likely 21 to 35, city-based, and fluent in the language of story-first branding. The vodka arrives at a time when drinking itself is being redefined—more mindful, more aesthetic, more performative. From cocktails to content, Saturday® aims to become the bottle that appears on both the bar cart and the feed.
The initial release includes an original unflavored vodka, as well as LemonBurst, an infused vodka flavored with real citrus peel, subtle hemp extract, and no added sugar. A zero-proof expression is also in the works—positioned not as a compromise, but as a companion to the original.
The official launch is expected this fall, with early distribution focused on Florida college towns, nightlife venues, and boutique retail outlets. A targeted social campaign is already in motion, built around user-generated stories that ask: What does your Saturday look like?
It’s a rare thing to see a vodka brand speak in the language of emotion, rather than tradition or status. But that may be the point. Saturday is a day that resists authority, celebrates energy, and disappears too quickly.
If Saturday® Vodka can capture even a piece of that, it might just become the weekend’s most essential accessory.
Saturday® isn’t tied to heritage fields in Russia or century-old copper stills in Poland. Instead, it’s American-born, distilled in Florida from 100% corn, charcoal filtered five times, and finished with local spring water. The result? Clean, bright, slightly sweet on the tongue, designed for both neat pours and dirty martinis. No burn. No bite. No BS.
